New factory Sets Sail: MOTINOVA Shunde factory is launched.
On September 10th, MOTINOVA, a global electric assist system supplier in the two-wheeled transportation industry under Midea Industrial Technology, held a ceremony to celebrate the successful relocation and opening of their new factory in Shunde. Unveiling Unmatched Performance: MOTINOVA and MACVOL's 1000km joint test
From April to December 2023, MOTINOVA and MACVOL have been testing the MACVOL eMTB Peak20 with the T1 series mid-drive motor on the road, accumulating more than 10,000 KM. Spanning diverse terrains, this test ride demonstrated the resilience of MOTINOVA’s T1 series motors. The test spanned a variety of terrains and demonstrated the toughness and superior performance of the MOTINOVA T1 Series motors and the MACVOL eMTB PEAK 20. The carefully planned route covered a range of highly challenging conditions, including wet roads after rain and a variety of slopes, putting the motor performance and eBike different components to the test.

Midea Industrial Technology acquires TTIUM Motor, expanding territory in intelligent transportation
April 26, 2022, Wuhan - Midea Industrial Technology announced the acquisition of Wuhan TTIUM Motor Technology CO., LTD (TTIUM) as the two parties signed the paperwork in Wuhan today. With this strategic move, Midea Industrial Technology will further expand its territory in intelligent transportation and enter the market of green two-wheel vehicles. Motinova Inaugurates Vietnam Plant
Motinova inaugurated its new plant, which is located in the Protrade International Tech Park in Vietnam's Binh Duong Province, on October 8. At that event, CEO Deniel Liu thanked customers from around the world who had traveled long distances to attend the inauguration. According to Liu, Motinova's R&D center in Wuhan, China has been in existence for 5 years, and its more than 60 outstanding engineers are engaged in development and design work, including spending more than two years verifying Motinova's mid-drive e-bike motor system. Both the EU and US have slapped high tariffs on Chinese e-bikes during the last year, which has meant that Chinese e-bikes face stiff challenges. In order to continue its development and global sales expansion, Motinova established a plant in Vietnam, and chose a site in the Protrade International Tech Park because of its excellent facilities and the fact that it is not vulnerable to flooding during the rainy season.
